Join us as the Head of Finance for our growing Transformer Repair & Refurbishment Plant in Charlotte. In this role, you’ll shape and lead all financial processes in a facility that’s currently being built up, giving you a unique opportunity to leave a real footprint. You’ll collaborate closely with plant leadership and key stakeholders, driving financial excellence and transparency across the organization. From preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements to turning financial insights into actionable strategies, your impact will be felt every day. You’ll ensure compliance, champion digital transformation, and help build a culture in which trust and clarity guide business decisions.
How You Can Make an Impact
- Take full ownership of the financial processes for the repair and refurbishment factory in Charlotte, currently in the build-up phase
- Partner closely with plant management and key stakeholders to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and informed financial decision-making
- Prepare, present, and interpret financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards
- Analyze financial performance to derive actionable strategies and implement countermeasures in collaboration with plant leadership
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal financial requirements while upholding the highest standards of integrity
- Lead strategic initiatives and drive the digitalization of financial processes across the Factory Network organization while developing and mentoring a team of finance professionals
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant experience in different functions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership, ideally in a plant or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style that motivate people over the long term
- Passion for developing young talent and supporting their professional growth
- Excellent communication and digital literacy skills.
