Snapshot of Your Day:

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner in Orlando, FL to partner with business leaders for the talent management process, including talent reviews and organization planning to accelerate leadership development at all levels in the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Promote and champion diversity of ideas efforts in partnership with business leaders.
  • Partner with business leaders for performance management to maximize employee contributions and to proactively address performance issues.
  • Provide counsel to leaders and employees consistent with Siemens Energy policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement, if applicable.
  • Manage union relationship and participate in the collective bargaining process when required.
  • Identify needs for change management and champion related activities.
  • 5% domestic travel required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and 8 years of experience.
  • Full term of experience must include: HRIS systems expertise (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM);
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau;
  • Ability to lead cross-functional HR projects;
  • Experience with benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay equity analysis;
  • Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Experience must also include: project management tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • 5% domestic travel required.
