We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager in Houston, TX to support contract management, risk management and claim management representing commercial aspects with customers and suppliers.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Ensure compliance to commercial standards, rules and regulations.
Responsible for alignment of contract structure with tax including delegation concepts and NCM models.
Maintain and report project progress according to project management @Siemens Energy guidelines, including internal and external monthly project reviews, cost controlling and planning.
Responsible for financial planning and reporting related to target, actual, and forecasted costs and charging dimensions including identification and analysis of variances.
Ensure identification and management of project portfolio risks and opportunities.
Handle financials within respective IT systems such as SAP, Project Dash, and AR.
10-15% domestic/international travel.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
Full term of experience must include: financial planning and reporting;
Risk and opportunity management;
Claim management & negotiations;
Contract management;
Project accounting;
SAP, MS Office and Tax; and
Financial forecasting.
10-15% domestic/international travel.
