Title: Technical Trainer
Location: Orlando, FL
Position Overview:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience. Full term of experience must involve: strategy development; administration and continuous improvement of technical and safety training within the wind service industry; management experience to lead and develop local and virtual teams; instructional methodology; instructional system design; development of strategic programs to support continuous business growth; implementing methods for measuring training effectiveness and ROI. 15% domestic/international travel required.
