A Snapshot of Your Day 

As part of the dynamic Siemens Digital Core team, you will make an important contribution to the energy transition by providing adequate, economical space in which to develop and manufacture our innovative solutions and products. In your role, you will experience varied workdays, for example, you could coordinate collaboration with regional IT on country-specific requirements with industry-leading service provider(s). In the afternoon, you could moderate a meeting with Cybersecurity and HR professionals on ensuring their key initiatives are on-track.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

·       Collaborate with IT Leadership and cross-functional teams to organize and drive high-priority issues and initiatives.

·       Focus areas will be Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Digital Workplace (DWP)

·       Coordinate and Communicate escalations and vendor management topics.

·       Meet and track performance and initiatives from key IAM and DWP Vendors.

·       Provide regular updates to IT Leadership and IT Technical teams.

·       Provide technical input to Identify & Workplace Services, Tooling, and Processes.

·       Coordinate and delegate cross-discipline initiatives.

·       Work directly with IAM and DWP Operations team(s) on continuous improvement for support.

·       Advise on design and strategy of the IAM and DWP Services.

·       Play a key role (stakeholder or leader) on IAM and DWP Projects.

What You Bring

·       Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Admin related field.

·       3+ years of experience with Escalation Coordination and Vendor Management

·       Proven Track record working and communication with Global teams.

·       Good Communication Skills

·       ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
