  • Own full profit-and-loss responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with preconstruction, estimating, and proposal teams to support new and existing business opportunities with accurate scope and cost input.
  • Capture, document, and share project-specific lessons learned to strengthen continuous improvement efforts and reduce non-conformance costs across future projects.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for substation projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams (including international partners) to manage deliverables, resolve issues, and advance project milestones while staying current on AIS/GIS technologies and market trends.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with 8+ years of project management experience. Master’s degree and PMP/PMI certifications preferred.
  • Ideally, this person has 5+ years of hands-on experience in Transmission or Distribution Substations, with foundational knowledge of substation equipment and electrical systems.
  • Deep technical expertise in GIS/AIS systems, balance-of-plant (BOP) components, and switchgear products.
  • Proven success delivering EPC projects, with strengths in process improvement, contract management, and document/quality management, along with excellent communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities, with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Willing to travel 30% domestically and internationally.
