- Lead global innovation programs from ideation to execution in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts to inform strategic innovation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal and external collaborators including R&D, product development, marketing, and external partners.
- Establish innovation frameworks and governance models to ensure alignment with business and strategic goals and timelines.
- Championing a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging bold thinking and calculated risk-taking.
- Measure and communicate the impact of innovation initiatives to executive leadership.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in innovation management, strategy, or transformation leadership roles.
- Strong track record of delivering global innovation projects with measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation).
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multicultural environment.
- Advanced degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, or related field preferred.
