- Strong track record of delivering global innovation projects with measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation).
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multicultural environment.
- Advanced degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, or related field preferred.
