• Lead global innovation programs from ideation to execution in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

• Championing a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging bold thinking and calculated risk-taking.
• Measure and communicate the impact of innovation initiatives to executive leadership.

• Proven experience (7+ years) in innovation management, strategy, or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong track record of delivering global innovation projects with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation).
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multicultural environment.
• Advanced degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, or related field preferred.
