- Support the standardization and modularization program
- Address non-standard functional requirements from end-customers
- Analyze, evaluate and estimate user requirements and design solutions in collaboration with the partners and the project team
- Actively collaborate with teams from different departments and sites in an international environment
- Contribute to improving development methods and processes within a highly skilled development team
- Drive innovation in the creation of CAD templates and usage of AI
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Detailed knowledge in the design of mechanical components using CAD software (Creo/NX).
- Understanding of the mechanical and technological properties of metallic materials and their impact on engineering applications, along with experience working with standards for semi-finished products and norm parts.
- Familiarity with BOM structure and PDM systems (Windchill/Teamcenter).
- Proficient in using Office tools, with strong analytical thinking and an independent work style.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and various internal and external stakeholders, including experience in international project teams and good communication skills in spoken and written English.
