A Snapshot of Your Day
n your role as Head of Product Lifecycle Management Service – Products (PLM‑SV PR), you lead a large, diverse, and globally distributed team shaping the future service portfolio for high‑voltage transformers and switchgear. Your day is a blend of strategic leadership, people development, and intensive collaboration with key global stakeholders across Service Execution, Sales, Business Strategy, Marketing, Factories, and Regional organizations. You ensure that your team is aligned, empowered, and positioned for long-term success, while you maintain a clear strategic vision for service innovation in a rapidly transforming energy landscape.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide inclusive leadership for a global team, focusing on people development, recruitment, and talent retention
- Lead the global product portfolio for Switchgear and Transformer Service, ensuring competitiveness and customer value
- Manage a diverse stakeholder network to ensure alignment across all lifecycle phases
- Drive R&D for service innovations, linking technology development with market needs and future requirement
- Guide portfolio decisions and strategic priorities using expertise in industrial service and high-voltage assets
- Ensure governance, quality, cost, performance, and risk management across all service products from concept to phase-out
What You Bring
- A technical degree (engineering or equivalent) with exposure to high-voltage technologies or industrial service
- Long term experience in managing large, diverse global teams and overseeing HR processes
- Proven background in industrial service with knowledge of transformer and switchgear technologies
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes within a matrix structure
- A strategic mindset capable of navigating and leading through transformation
- Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages as a plus
