- Provide inclusive leadership for a global team, focusing on people development, recruitment, and talent retention
- Lead the global product portfolio for Switchgear and Transformer Service, ensuring competitiveness and customer value
- Manage a diverse stakeholder network to ensure alignment across all lifecycle phases
- Drive R&D for service innovations, linking technology development with market needs and future requirement
- Guide portfolio decisions and strategic priorities using expertise in industrial service and high-voltage assets
- Ensure governance, quality, cost, performance, and risk management across all service products from concept to phase-out
- A technical degree (engineering or equivalent) with exposure to high-voltage technologies or industrial service
- Long term experience in managing large, diverse global teams and overseeing HR processes
- Proven background in industrial service with knowledge of transformer and switchgear technologies
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes within a matrix structure
- A strategic mindset capable of navigating and leading through transformation
- Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages as a plus
