A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a motivated Global Mobility Specialist for the Grid Technology Solutions business, in this role you will be the focal point between the Delegation Office, Projects, Regional Units, Global Mobility providers, HR Global Mobility and external stakeholders to assure compliant on time delegations with an excellent commercial result and employee satisfaction.
The role is responsible for ensuring compliance and efficiency in our processes, following established guidelines and procedures and a variety of administrative and advisory tasks all related to Global Mobility topics within the GT SO HV organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Timely and compliant delegation of field staff from and into North America, utilizing internal tools and preparing necessary documentation.
• Support the Team with various administrative tasks and processes.
• Support in initial project clarification (determining conditions related to abroad assignments in connection with work executed on the projects with global staffing) and ongoing clarifications during execution of the project.
• Compliance in contractual and commercial settlements between project (receiving) part and employee home office (sending) part.
• Compliance in immigration, social security, equal payment, travel security and taxation topics of the delegates of the business entity.
• On time assignments of all travelers of the business entity.
What You Bring
• Experience in global mobility is a must. More than 5 years in Global Mobility and project advisory is required.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or similar qualification.
• Proficient English language skills, further language skills are very welcome.
• Willingness for occasional business trips up to 10 days in a row to other hub locations.
• Teammate, communicative, proactive, positive handling of conflicts, decision-making capability
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
