About the Role
We are looking for a Project Management Specialist Gas Insulated Switchgear in Raleigh, NC responsible for creating and sharing project specific lessons learned and eliminating/reducing project NCC’s.
- Responsible for profit/loss assessment for assigned projects and portfolios.
- Continuous learning of AIS/GIS and general switchgear products.
- Organize and lead project review meetings including overall group NCC’s, CO’s, R&O’s, forecasts, milestones, and issues list.
- Responsible for strategic measures within the project management group to continuously improve processes and increase KPI’s measures.
- 25% domestic and international travel required.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
- Full term of experience must include: air insulated substation;
- Nonconformance cost;
- Change order;
- Risk and opportunity;
- Gas insulated substation;
- Manage projects and report KPIs for upper management review; and
- Risk mitigation measures to increase potential gross profit.
- Experience must also include: understanding of PM process with PMP or IPMA.
- 25% domestic and international travel required.
