Snapshot of Your Day:

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist Gas Insulated Switchgear in Raleigh, NC responsible for creating and sharing project specific lessons learned and eliminating/reducing project NCC’s.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Responsible for profit/loss assessment for assigned projects and portfolios.
  • Continuous learning of AIS/GIS and general switchgear products.
  • Organize and lead project review meetings including overall group NCC’s, CO’s, R&O’s, forecasts, milestones, and issues list.
  • Responsible for strategic measures within the project management group to continuously improve processes and increase KPI’s measures.
  • 25% domestic and international travel required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
  • Full term of experience must include: air insulated substation;
  • Nonconformance cost;
  • Change order;
  • Risk and opportunity;
  • Gas insulated substation;
  • Manage projects and report KPIs for upper management review; and
  • Risk mitigation measures to increase potential gross profit.
  • Experience must also include: understanding of PM process with PMP or IPMA.
  • 25% domestic and international travel required.
