A Snapshot of your Day:

Your morning begins by bringing together engineers from different departments to address challenges with migrating engineering data in SAP S/4HANA. Together, you clarify the problem, review relevant SAP processes, gather solution ideas, and agree on an action plan.

Mid-morning, you connect with experts in engineering, procurement, finance, and logistics to ensure project execution processes are seamlessly integrated. You explore opportunities where digital tools and SAP enhancements can improve efficiency and solve practical issues.

After lunch, you test and validate SAP changes — from PLM-related modules like MM, BOM, MDG, and ECR/ECN — to make sure they meet business requirements. You record improvements, capture best practices, and update process documentation.

Later in the day, you prepare training materials that explain process changes and related SAP workflows, before inviting the global engineering team to an interactive training session.

Then, it’s time and you call it a day.
