A Snapshot of Your Day 

A Partner Manager managing a subcontractor partner typically starts a typical day with a planning session to review tasks and priorities. The Partner Manager maintain regular communication with the subcontractor to discuss project progress and address any challenges. Also, they supervise performance, financial aspects, ensure compliance with standards and resolve any issues that arise. The Partner Manager also engage with collaborators to keep them informed and gather feedback. Finally, they review activities, monitor progress and plan accordingly. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Development of a partner strategy tailored to the CD portfolio (e.g., OT software, digitalization, hardware)
  • Leadership in partner selection and engagement in coordination with Purchasing
  • Management of a diverse partner landscape while ensuring the avoidance of vendor lock-in
  • Maintenance of regular communication with subcontractors to address deliveries and challenges
  • Definition and tracking of KPIs, ensurance of compliance, monitoring of budget, and resolution of issues
  • Transparent engagement with collaborators and promotion of continuous improvement through important metrics and incentives
What You Bring
  • Business background: Experienced professional with more than 10 years of overall experience in energy industry, minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management (or associated fields) with proven track record 
  • Communication Skills: You need to effectively communicate with subcontractors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills are essential to plan, monitor, and control project activities, ensuring that deadlines and standards are met 
  • Problem-Solving: You should be adept at identifying issues and finding solutions to keep the project on track and address any challenges that arise 
  • Leadership: you bring leadership skill to steer partners without having direct management control 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with partners to keep them informed, gather feedback, and ensure their expectations are met is an important part of the role 
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
