- Shape and execute a strategic partner ecosystem to support the development and lifecycle of our product portfolio (e.g., OT software, digitalization, hardware)
- Identify and onboard partners that bring complementary digital capabilities, including AI, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, and Purchasing to ensure partner alignment and avoid vendor lock-in
- Drive innovation and agility by using external expertise to accelerate time-to-market and improve operational efficiency
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate partner performance, ensure compliance, and handle budgets effectively
- Foster transparent partner engagement and promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and incentive models
- Strategic approach with a proven ability to build and handle partner ecosystems that drive innovation and business value
- Digital fluency in emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
- Business background: proven experience in the energy or technology sector, with at least 5 years in Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Ecosystem Development
- Strong communication and influencing skills to align internal and external partners
- Project and relationship management expertise to oversee complex partner engagements and ensure delivery excellence
- Leadership without authority: Ability to guide and motivate partners toward shared goals without direct control
