- Definition and tracking of KPIs, ensurance of compliance, monitoring of budget, and resolution of issues
- Transparent engagement with collaborators and promotion of continuous improvement through important metrics and incentives
- Business background: Experienced professional with more than 10 years of overall experience in energy industry, minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management (or associated fields) with proven track record
- Communication Skills: You need to effectively communicate with subcontractors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution
- Project Management: Strong project management skills are essential to plan, monitor, and control project activities, ensuring that deadlines and standards are met
- Problem-Solving: You should be adept at identifying issues and finding solutions to keep the project on track and address any challenges that arise
- Leadership: you bring leadership skill to steer partners without having direct management control
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with partners to keep them informed, gather feedback, and ensure their expectations are met is an important part of the role
