A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an HR Global Mobility Finance Specialist (f/m/d) in our global team, your workday can be highly diverse. You start your day by prioritizing tasks—for example, reviewing whether any urgent payments need to be processed or purchase orders issued. You act as a key interface between the business and the accounting department, particularly when it comes to clarifying costs or addressing related questions. As an expert in your field, you know how to handle such inquiries, focus on identifying effective solutions, and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • HR liaison between the business and Accounting regarding global mobility cost allocation topics
  • Proactive management of reporting quality and responsibility for compliance with corporate policies and standards
  • Ensuring end-to-end processing of all related costs
  • Supporting cost control of our service contracts with the Global Mobility Management (GMM) service provider
  • Commercial review and approval of third-party invoices
  • Supporting various Global Mobility projects and handling purchase orders in ARIBA
What You Bring
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification combined with relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in a finance environment as well as in project management
  • Knowledge of SAP modules PS, FI, and CO
  • Familiarity with Global Mobility Management processes, preferably cost allocation processes, is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent English skills and good German skills
