A Snapshot of Your Day
Collaborate with regional sales teams and engage with customers to understand their cybersecurity requirements. Develop tailored solutions to meet these objectives. As regional cybersecurity needs evolve, act as the voice of the region to ensure our Portfolio teams are informed of any changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for the cybersecurity portfolio.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Be seen as the regional subject matter expert when it comes to our Omnivise-T3000 cyber security portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams and establish the appropriate internal / external resources to support opportunities to close.
- Develop value propositions for key decision makers, partners, customers, and influencers throughout complex sales cycles.
- Develop and communicate short / long term strategies through account plans to ensure transparency of business development activities within Siemens Energy.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, CISSP/ CompTIA Security+ or equivalent qualifications would be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Energy / Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience working in OT environments on Cyber Security topics.
- Experience identifying, managing, and supporting sales-cycles.
- Excellent understanding of the power industry, European & African market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Winning personality, a good listener, and a good communicator.
- Excellent understanding of NIS Directive (EU2016/1148), NIS 2 Directive (EU2022/2555) and ISO27001, IEC62443 Cyber framework would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to operate independently and manage your own workload.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Europe without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
- Used to an international environment, where the business language is English, additional languages would be considered an advantage.
- Travel within the region to visit sites as required.

In our Digitalization Team, we serve as ambassadors to the market and tailor solutions based on Digitalization portfolio to support customer’s goals. Digitalization Portfolio consists of several portfolio segments: Cyber Security, Performance, Asset Management and Energy Management. We are a matrix team spread over Europe & Africa Region.
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
