Despre rol
The Materials Engineer in the innovation organization will be working in a highly motivated, experienced and interdisciplinary team responsible for designing, developing, and testing new materials and improve existing materials for various applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including commercial leads, engineering, and end customers. Responsibilities include strong alignment of customer needs and business objectives to ensure that products fit into overall strategy and roadmap. The role involves technical support for supplier and customer meetings, managing R&D and innovation projects. The position requires a strategic thinker who will work closely with stakeholders in developing and shaping our products and services.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- · Work involves understanding the properties of different materials and how they can be used effectively in various applications.
- · Conduct tests on materials to evaluate their properties, performance, and durability. Analyze test results to make recommendations for material selection and usage.
- · Stay updated on advancements in materials science and technology. Conduct research to explore new materials and their potential applications. Keep abreast on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

- · Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You Bring
- · Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in materials testing and analysis techniques
- · Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders and customers.
- · Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
