How to contribute to our vision

This request is to fill a vacant, entry-level Wind Farm Service Technician position due to attrition within the North America Onshore Operations team. The role is critical for supporting the daily maintenance and operational availability of wind turbine assets in the service region. To meet this requirement, the position focuses on two primary areas: hands-on Turbine Maintenance and Repair, which involves performing routine inspections, assisting with diagnostics, and servicing components under close supervision, and ensuring adherence to Safety and Compliance protocols through diligent documentation and following established safety procedures. Given the focus on foundational technical duties, the ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a certificate from a wind energy program is preferred; no prior professional experience is necessary for this supervised, entry-level role.

  • 30% Safety, Compliance, and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate and timely records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and safety observations by completing service reports and logs.
