We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Analyst with some experience in Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau Server, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling first-level requests, addressing users' queries, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth IT operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve first-level IT service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and solving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Utilize knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau Server, to assist in data-related queries and support.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues that require higher-level intervention.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standard methodologies.
- Deliver training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT resources and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as an IT Service Analyst or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau Server.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fix technical issues effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Business Intelligence tools and data visualization software.
- Knowledge of network and system administration.
- Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks.
