  • At least 8+ years’ professional experience in melting processes and metallurgy, specifically with steels, aluminum, titanium, and high-alloyed materials.
  • Deep understanding of melting techniques (e.g., vacuum melting, induction melting, arc melting, etc.), solidification processes, and material properties.
  • Knowledge of advanced melting technologies, such as electron beam melting (EBM) or plasma melting, and emerging technologies in the field of metallurgy.
  • Familiarity with advanced alloys, including nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys, aluminum, and stainless steels used in the fabrication of Power Generation Products.
