Join us as a Senior Technical Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and execution teams by crafting project-specific installation and commissioning strategies. Collaborating closely with the Technical Analyst Team in Lodz, you will implement these strategies into comprehensive installation and commissioning (I&C) schedules. Your extensive knowledge of centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, gas and steam-turbine drives, and electrical motor drives will be essential, along with your expertise in offshore installation and commissioning. You will foster strong relationships with experts across various Product Headquarters, our Service Organization, and third-party service providers, ensuring seamless project execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Technical Analyst team to develop standard installation and commissioning schedules for all products, both onshore and offshore, while optimizing project timelines and resource allocation through schedule analytics.
• Define project-specific installation and commissioning schedules by gaining a deep understanding of project scope and client requirements.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the installation and commissioning schedules, working with the technical analyst team to develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Support project execution by providing installation and commissioning schedules in coordination with Project Installation & Commissioning Managers and Project Managers.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and installation and commissioning experts to clarify technical aspects of schedules.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in installation and commissioning project execution of rotating equipment in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in MS-Projects and Primavera software is essential.
• Mandatory knowledge of both onshore and offshore installation and commissioning processes.
• Experience in developing installation and commissioning strategies.
• Strong command of the English language.
• A proactive, progress-driven mindset with the ability to build information networks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
