As a Sales Manager - Power OEPC at Siemens Energy in China, every day brings new opportunities and challenges. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with team members in Gas Power projects to influence customers.
- Support regional sales to define Bid/Win Strategy.
- Propose the most suitable customer for the relevant opportunities if required.
- Responsible together with regional sales for the project bid clarification and negotiation with customers.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key customers in the Power Industry, acting as the interface to these customers.
- Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments.
- Fulfill the sales target and excel beyond expectations.
What You Bring
- Over 10 years of related experience in the Power Generation Industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; German language skills are a plus.
- Experience in multinational companies, with the ability to handle cross-cultural conflicts.
- Strong teamwork spirit and skills to manage social networking and multi-reporting lines.
- Possess a strong understanding of EHS and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring together all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, providing zero or low-emission power generation. We offer decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
