As a Sales Manager - Power OEPC at Siemens Energy in China, every day brings new opportunities and challenges. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build a strong network/relationship with Pre-Feed/Feed/engineering companies/EPC/design institute active with projects inside and outside China . 
• Identify early opportunities coming from the above mentioned companies with the aim to influence the Gas Turbine specification by engaging the technical team 
• Support to different regional sales to define Bid/Win Strategy.
• Responsible together with regional sales for the project bid clarification and negotiation with customer.
• Establish and maintain the partnership with key customers in the oil & gas  Industry. Be the interface to these customers.
• Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments.
• Fulfill the sales target and excel the expectation.


What You Bring
  • Over 10 years of related experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in multinational companies, with the ability to handle cross-cultural conflicts.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and skills to manage social networking and multi-reporting lines.
  • Possess a strong understanding of EHS and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring together all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, providing zero or low-emission power generation. We offer decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
