- Own the Operations product area end-to-end: define vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap aligned with customer value and business goals across the OAM suite
- Conduct discovery (market, users, data), shape the value proposition, and convert insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage and continuously refine the backlog
- Lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams (development, UI/UX, architecture, QA): plan sprints, review increments, and ensure quality attributes are met
- Take ownership of our Omnivise Asset Management Software suite for internal and external demonstrations
- A university degree in computer science, electrical/automation engineering, or equivalent
- Familiarity with power generation operations and digital O&M workflows – especially checklists, shift collaboration, and field/mobile scenarios
- Hands-on software development experience is a plus (e.g., backend, frontend) – comfortable discussing architecture, data models, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers
- Strong understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management process, including quality attributes (usability, security, safety) and regulatory aspects
- Good collaboration experience in international teams to work closely with Scrum teams and clearly communicate customer needs
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a benefit
