A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us in maximizing the value of the Omnivise Asset Management – Operations module! In this dynamic role, you will align the product vision and backlog with the needs of plant operators and cross-functional stakeholders. As a technical Product Manager, you will translate core operations workflows – like shift handover, digital checklists, and KPI dashboards – into clear outcomes and user stories. You will guide agile teams to deliver increments that meet usability, safety, security, and performance expectations. Engaging directly with users and customers, you will gather feedback, analyze insights, and prioritize improvements, ensuring seamless integration with the broader OAM suite.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Own the Operations product area end-to-end: define vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap aligned with customer value and business goals across the OAM suite
  • Conduct discovery (market, users, data), shape the value proposition, and convert insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage and continuously refine the backlog
  • Lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams (development, UI/UX, architecture, QA): plan sprints, review increments, and ensure quality attributes are met
  • Take ownership of our Omnivise Asset Management Software suite for internal and external demonstrations
What You Bring
  • A university degree in computer science, electrical/automation engineering, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with power generation operations and digital O&M workflows – especially checklists, shift collaboration, and field/mobile scenarios
  • Hands-on software development experience is a plus (e.g., backend, frontend) – comfortable discussing architecture, data models, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers
  • Strong understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management process, including quality attributes (usability, security, safety) and regulatory aspects
  • Good collaboration experience in international teams to work closely with Scrum teams and clearly communicate customer needs
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a benefit
