A Snapshot of Your Day

The Logistics Manager plans, directs, and optimizes end‑to‑end logistics operations to ensure an efficient flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers to internal and external customers. The role balances strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight, supporting manufacturing continuity and customer commitments. Daily work involves coordination across logistics, production, planning, and suppliers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The position has a direct impact on service levels, cost efficiency, and compliance. The role is based in Guanajuato and supports national and international operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan and oversee inbound, outbound, transportation, and warehouse operations to ensure material availability aligned with production plans.
  • Manage national and international transportation, optimizing routes, loads, delivery times, and logistics costs.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, fiscal, and foreign trade regulations, coordinating imports, exports, and documentation.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and material planning to reduce shortages, excess stock, damage, and obsolescence.
  • Lead continuous improvement and Lean Logistics initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve KPIs.
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate the logistics team and cross‑functional stakeholders across the value chain.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field; postgraduate degree or Supply Chain certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in SAP (MM, PP, WM/EWM) and advanced knowledge of MRP/MPS.
  • Solid experience in foreign trade, Incoterms, manufacturing processes, and international logistics operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and desirable experience with Power BI.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, results orientation, and ability to perform under pressure.
