A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for the continuous provision of material requirements for production.
You will monitor inventory levels, track procurement needs, and compile orders for suppliers based on those needs. You will prepare analyses and make development proposals.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform procurement strategies.
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement
- User-level knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning system and MS Office systems
- Intermediate English language skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel

Employment Contract: indefinite-term employment contract under a labor leasing framework
