- Technical Expertise: A completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification. Technical expertise with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, as well as with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) are a benefit.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a track record of successfully managing software development teams and projects. Your leadership style will inspire trust and motivate team members.
- People Management Skills: Exceptional people management abilities, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation. You understand the importance of nurturing talent and fostering a positive team environment.
- Agile Methodology Knowledge: Solid knowledge of modern software development methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) and project management tools (JIRA, etc.). Your expertise will help the team adopt best practices and improve workflows.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders – German language is a benefit. Your ability to articulate ideas clearly will enhance collaboration and understanding.
