Snapshot of Your Day
As the HR Project Manager you will take on a broad and dynamic role with no typical day-to-day routine. You are deeply involved in the HR function in the regions, driving both small and large HR topics forward and developing them in a team, while also setting your own accents.

Your tasks are varied and exciting: You support the HR HUB leadership (Head of Regions/HUB) on global HR topics, conceptual HR projects, and the implementation of global SE HR initiatives. In this position, you also play an important role in HR communication and transformation topics (NEO+, GBS fasttrack).
This is a global role that can be held in a Siemens Energy site in North America or Europe.

How You Can Make a Difference

  • (Innovative Design): Support the HR HUB leadership on global HR topics and conceptual HR projects, including the implementation of global HR initiatives globally.
  • (Creative Visualization): Creation and presentation of overviews and progress reports (on executive level) on the People Agenda and specific HR initiatives.
  • (Drive the Change): Active participation and promotion of the company-wide HR transformation and change process for the HR function and in the context of a business-oriented setup, for example, in Neo+ project initiatives; advancing and accompanying engagement initiatives within the HR function.
  • (Organizational Talent): Preparation and moderation of HR HUB leadership meetings and workshops.
  • (Communicative Support): Support for HR communication in close coordination within the HR function and the Communications department.
  • (Responsible Leadership): Taking on special and individual projects.

What You Bring

  • Completed degree (preferably a Master's), ideally with a focus on HR.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in HR and/or Communications in an international corporate environment. Preferred HR Strategy and/or Consulting background.
  • Experience in designing or implementing strategic projects, participating in interdisciplinary and international projects. Ideally a certified project manager.
  • Familiarity with cultural change and transformation processes.
  • Proficient use of modern (HR) IT and reporting tools.
  • Excellent English language skills (mandatory) combined with strong communicative and diplomatic abilities, as well as analytical thinking. Ability to communicate and present on executive level.
  • Confident handling of confidential matters.
  • Enjoyment of collaboration in a flexible team.
