  • Serving as the technical and commercial authority for off-grid and behind-the-meter data center applications
  • Developing and executing strategies for profitable growth across BESS, hyperscale, colocation, and developer-led data center markets
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing islanded, microgrid, and weak-grid data center opportunities
  • Building and sustaining executive-level relationships with customers and strategic partners
  • Leading end-to-end proposal execution, including solution development, pricing, internal approvals, customer presentations, negotiations, and project handover to delivery teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 or more years of progressive experience with data center power systems, battery energy storage, microgrids, off‑grid systems, gas turbines, or grid stabilization technologies. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Deep technical expertise in islanded operation, black start strategies, system resilience, and reliability.
  • Executive-level verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with a strong drive for results and winning outcomes.

Willingness to travel up to 30% to support customers, partners, and business development activities.
