How You’ll Make an Impact

• Position Siemens Energy as the premier service provider in the market, enhancing brand reputation and client trust.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and driving customer satisfaction.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets, demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to excellence.
• Manage sales activities across various teams, ensuring seamless coordination and project execution.
• Support digital solutions for rotating equipment, contributing to technological advancements and client success.
• Uphold Siemens Energy’s compliance and business conduct policies, ensuring ethical and responsible business practices.

What You Bring

• Over 7 years of sales experience in servicing steam turbines and generators, preferably within the industrial market.
• A university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, providing a strong technical foundation.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to positively manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Sharp analytical skills for reviewing cost estimates and engaging in constructive discussions with commercial teams.
• Strategic thinking and expertise in value-add selling, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
• Excellent time management skills and a creative approach to problem-solving, thriving under pressure and in diverse cultural settings.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
