Over de functie
Develop and lead a comprehensive account plan for a major transmission company, adapting through regular stakeholder reviews. Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Represent Siemens Energy professionally to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Drive sales growth across the Grid Technologies portfolio by identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and meeting targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for the transmission customer, coordinating communications, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through consistent engagement.
- Provide market insights through research and analysis, supporting strategic decisions and identifying areas for growth within major transmission company.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts in collaboration with tendering teams, while maintaining accurate records and reporting progress through CRM tools.
- Solid experience in account management, sales, business development, or project management within the energy sector—ideally in grid technologies or power transmission and distribution.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of large organisations, including senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of the energy market, particularly the GB&I electricity Transmission System Operator and Utility landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team.
- Willing to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally, with proven experience in a similar role.
