Sobre el papel
- Provide Technical Support: Give quick support to product engineers and assist transformer engineers with R&D rules and tools to minimize downtime.
- Test and Improve Tools: Conduct pre-release tests of tools in real-world scenarios and provide feedback to developers.
- Streamline Information Flow: Improve information flow and facilitate communication between factories, R&D, and other stakeholders, ensuring R&D development aligns with factory needs.
- Ensure Quality and Knowledge Transfer: Ensure consistent global quality through structured technology transfer and work on a centralized knowledge hub for engineers.
- Cultivate a Learning Community: Cultivate a community for experts to share knowledge and develop training programs for widespread adoption of best practices.
- Propose Improvements: Use your understanding of factory experiences to propose improvements for tools and rules, linking R&D advancements with practical engineering applications.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field with significant experience in Power Transformer Design.
- 3+ years of experience understanding of various transformer types, including their layout design and creation of BoM or in a related role.
- Good understanding of transformer components and their interactions, such as the core, windings, insulation, and leads.
- A good understanding of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality processes, along with experience in technical product development.
- A willingness to work in an agile development culture, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex information, fluent English, and an openness to change with a strong self-motivation.
