A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

Join Siemens Energy in a dynamic role focused on cheque handling and financial process coordination within the Global Mobility Center of Competence. You will work closely with external providers, treasury, and internal teams to ensure smooth and transparent check processing and related financial activities. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 days in the office to manage physical checks and support tax refund topics. You will help create structured processes that secure transparency and efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)


  • Handle cheque processing and coordination with external providers.
  • Control and monitor financial processes related to cheque handling.
  • Exchange information and collaborate with treasury and other internal employees.
  • Manage tax refund topics and related documentation.
  • Develop and implement structured processes to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Maintain physical presence in the office at least 2-3 days per week to handle physical cheques
  • Assist with other Global Mobility related operational tasks within the USA as required

What You Bring (requirements)

  • Associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (junior specialist level).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and transparency in all processes.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, including some required in-office days, with good proficiency in English.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
