About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
The Site Management Lead will coordinate all Site Manager, will be their Mentor and will be responsible in supporting the offer phase of new projects!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and contribute to design reviews across all subject areas, and complete pre-construction planning documentation with expert input.
- Coordinate site mobilization activities, including trailer setup, and identify all material and resource requirements.
- Be responsible for daily site operations, handling subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, while collaborating closely with Siemens Energy site team members.
- Ensure project execution aligns with schedule, budget, safety (Zero Harm), and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Support project planning, risk mitigation, documentation accuracy, change management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in EPC contracts involving construction in multi-contractor environments, with solid understanding of construction methods, safety, and environmental regulations
- Skilled in project/construction management tools, with OSHA 30 safety training and a proactive approach to site challenges
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating project risks
- Excellent communication and social skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Willingness and availability to travel
