About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Consultant in Houston, TX to develop and implement the global internal communication strategy in line with the business strategy.
- Identify and leverage appropriate channels and means to positively influence and drive employee and leader engagement.
- Responsible for the development and rollout of global internal communication projects with executive messaging, employee engagement activities and materials, in line with the overall direction and course of the business.
- Collaborate across teams, countries and regions, by creating opportunities to connect, share knowledge and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
- Prepare and execute high-impact events with employees, customers and other stakeholders, including customer days, innovation days and celebrations.
- Establish and track key performance indicators aimed at continuously improving the internal communications strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
- Prepare the internal communication budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high quality and impact.
- 5% domestic and international travel required.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field and 8 years of experience.
- *Will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree*.
- Full term of experience must include: strategic planning process;
- Data analytics;
- Relationship management skills;
- C-level engagement;
- Multilateral project management skills; and
- Business development.
- 5% domestic and international travel required.
