Snapshot of Your Day:

We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Consultant in Houston, TX to develop and implement the global internal communication strategy in line with the business strategy.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Identify and leverage appropriate channels and means to positively influence and drive employee and leader engagement.
  • Responsible for the development and rollout of global internal communication projects with executive messaging, employee engagement activities and materials, in line with the overall direction and course of the business.
  • Collaborate across teams, countries and regions, by creating opportunities to connect, share knowledge and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Prepare and execute high-impact events with employees, customers and other stakeholders, including customer days, innovation days and celebrations.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators aimed at continuously improving the internal communications strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
  • Prepare the internal communication budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high quality and impact.
  • 5% domestic and international travel required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field and 8 years of experience.
  • *Will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree*.
  • Full term of experience must include: strategic planning process;
  • Data analytics;
  • Relationship management skills;
  • C-level engagement;
  • Multilateral project management skills; and
  • Business development.
  • 5% domestic and international travel required.
