About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Field Service job requests, booking and staffing projects, and handling scheduling conflicts. This role will also act as a liaison between customers/distributors and sales representatives to resolve issues and facilitate sales. Additionally, the Resource Management Coordinator will provide fast turn-around time for price quotations, manage sales order processing, and handle invoicing.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage Field Service job requests and ensure timely completion.
- Book and staff projects, ensuring the right resources are allocated.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a liaison between customers/distributors and sales representatives to resolve issues and facilitate sales.
- Provide fast turn-around time for price quotations.
- Manage sales order processing and invoicing.
What You Bring
- Must have High School Diploma/GED that can be verified
- Must have 5+ years of related experience; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level position
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in resource management or a related field is preferred.
- MS Office is required; SAP knowledge is a plus
