About the Role

- Developing, maintaining, and controlling detailed project schedules for turnkey high-voltage substation projects across all project phases
- Integrating inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a consolidated, resource-loaded master schedule
- Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations, and proactively propose mitigation measures to ensure timely project execution
- Performing schedule risk analyses, scenario planning, and critical path assessments to support decision-making
- Establishing, harmonizing, and continuously improving scheduling standards, methods, and tools across projects and supporting tendering activities by preparing high-level schedules, milestones, and execution strategies
- Ensuring transparency through regular reporting, including progress updates, forecasts, and schedule KPIs for internal and external stakeholders as well as driving lessons learned and contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes and governance
- Degree in engineering, project management, industrial engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification combined with several years of relevant experience in project management and / or scheduling / planning
- Ideally additional experience in project scheduling for complex, large-scale projects, ideally in the high-voltage, energy, or plant engineering sector
- Expertise in scheduling methodologies (e.g., CPM) and tools such as MS Project and experience in developing and implementing scheduling standards, processes, and best practices
- Understanding of project execution phases, interfaces, and dependencies in turnkey projects with an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify risks, and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
