About the Role
- Create and maintain the team backlog based on business value, customer needs, and alignment with product vision and goals.
- Align backlog content and priorities with product and architecture strategy.
- Harmonize the backlog with requirements, product roadmaps, and technical guidelines.
- Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria to ensure the team understands requirements and can verify completion.
- Collaborate regularly with all interfaces and stakeholders to ensure all relevant conditions, requirements, and changes are transparent to the development team.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives to stay informed about team progress and contribute to continuous improvement.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in product development of analog/digital measuring transformers and monitoring systems.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build and support high-performing teams.
- Good business understanding of the energy market and operations in an international environment, with a willingness to work in and promote an agile development culture.
- Experience in approaching problems analytically and solution-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to new needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and German (good) as well as willingness to travel.
