About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Content Designer to join our Training & Development team. This role is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and learner-centric web-based training (WBT) modules tailored to a variety of audiences with differing levels of experience and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360 and Storyline.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and develop interactive and visually engaging WBT modules for both technical and non-technical topics by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to assess learning needs and define instructional goals.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Maintain and update existing training content to reflect changes in processes, technologies, or organizational priorities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or related roles, with proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Story Creator, and other multimedia design software.
- Experience designing for diverse learner audiences and adapting content for varying levels of technical expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
