Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong experience improving production systems in high complexity industrial supplier manufacturing environments.

Deep systems thinking grounded in flow, capacity, constraints, variability, and stability.

Proven ability to diagnose and improve real production systems using data, analytics, and emerging digital/AI based tools to support decisions and performance discussions, not just track or report outcomes.

Experience translating hands-on work into repeatable methods (standard work, routines, templates, playbooks) to enable others via coaching and training.

Ability to influence across functions without direct authority; comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and willing to travel internationally up to 30%. (travel varies by supplier priorities and project phase)
