A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
The Financial Analyst for Field Services Execution supports the project team to drive overall project success. This role will lead effective project reviews that provide transparency and solid decision-making. The Financial Analyst also will maintain accurate and clean project data in SAP to enable timely and reliable financial forecasts and reporting.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
· Act as a business partner to project managers for financial reporting and cost analysis
· Perform regular cost reviews including variance analysis with Management
· Support backlog phasing activities and forecasts for Corporate submissions
· Full cycle accounting and month end close for assigned orders/projects, including work in process cost reviews, revenue accruals and balance sheet corrections
· Support quarterly P&L reviews, including variance analysis to forecast and budget
· Maintain documentation in accordance with document retention guidelines and to foster audits and Internal Control compliance
What You Bring (requirements)
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited institution
· 5+ years of relevant Accounting/Finance working experience.
· Proficiency in SAP ERP system
· MS Office knowledge. Strong Excel skills preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities throughout the month
