As an EHS Business Partner, you won’t just check boxes, you’ll help power smarter, safer energy operations across the region. You’ll partner directly with leadership, influence big decisions, and own everything from planning to execution when it comes to environmental health and safety.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead EHS strategy & compliance for district projects. Guiding teams from planning through execution
  • Partner with project teams to proactively identify risks, run orientations, with safety top of mind
  • Get into the field. Visit sites. perform assessments, and drive real-time solutions to safety challenges
  • Build a strong safety culture, motivate crews, introduce fresh, engaging ways for safe practices to stay front and center.
  • Own EHS reporting, building trusted relationships with customer leadership as the go-to safety expert
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, lead root cause analysis, and ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and all regulatory standards, in alignment with the broader EHS team

What You Bring

  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience. More years of experience can be considered at a higher level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the EHS concepts and practices
  • OSHA, Worker's Compensation, EPA, DOT, State regulations and how regulations impact business
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) assessment and incident investigation
  • Human Factors/Human Performance is nice-to-have, not required
  • Agree to travel requirements potentially exceed 75%
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. 

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
