A Snapshot of Your Day
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating fleet data during the Warranty & LTP phases of a contract, focusing on but not limited to project control for campaigns and serial defects. This role involves managing, monitoring, reporting, and providing recommendations to enhance the financial health of the assigned area, including strategic alignment on quality topics affecting the SGRE fleet.  
How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate key figures, interpret contract language, and ensure consistency and accuracy in monthly financial reporting and forecasting. 
  • Project Management: Direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, maintaining high attention to detail. 
  • Financial Reporting: Complete monthly financial forecasts, variance assess, labor reviews, statistics, customer billings, journal entries, annual budgeting, and planning support. 
  • Decision Support: Provide decision support and conduct financial reviews on various business issues. 
  • Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with operations and global counterparts, working effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Handle ad hoc management requests as needed.
What You Bring 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, MBA/CPA a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance preferred
  • Must have Intermediate skills in Excel to include (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Sum if Formulas, and Macros)
  • Excellent data evaluation skills. Experience in financial reporting and forecasting. 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in interpreting contract language.
