About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will take a holistic view of the installed aeroderivative gas turbine equipment fleet, examining customer segments, applications, and operational patterns. Your day will often start with gathering and analyzing global fleet performance and reliability data. With this insight, you will collaborate closely with technical specialists and field service teams to identify key issues and document findings that drive continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze the current installed fleet by customer segment, application, and operating profile
- Collect and validate data from internal and external databases
- Recalculate cumulative fleet operating hours for both DLE and non-DLE variants
- Consolidate findings into a standardized “SGT-A35 Fleet Reference” reference for broad business use
- Collaborate with the AGT Fleet Reliability team to review and finalize SGT-A35 fleet reliability and availability metrics and items to focus for reliability improvements (GT and PKG)
What You Bring
- Incoming Senior or Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace engineering, Data Analytics or related
- Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience
- Willing to work on an autonomous & collaborative basis across various countries and multiple time zones
- High proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Working knowledge of gas turbine engineering is preferred, but not essential

About the Team This position reports to the Aeroderivative gas turbine Product Management and Strategy team under the Product Life Cycle Department, which is accountable for managing the aeroderivative gas turbine portfolio throughout its life cycle to ensure the product and its development meet customer needs, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
